Edwards RV pumps have become the industry standard for pump science applications. RV pumps have unique features and can provide high or low throughput with high ultimate vacuum. This feature and the advantage of extremely low noise make it an ideal product for a wide range of applications, including GCMS and other small desktop applications.
All pump products have been inspected by external testing agencies and comply with UL and CSA standards. Edwards has a global network that provides support for product applications and services around the world.
Comes with the product: 1 liter Ultragrade 19 oil, air inlet filter, and O-ring. Fogblin must be purchased separately for PFPE RV pump ®。

Gas ballast
The dual gas town can process 60 g/hr of steam, or higher than the 220 g/hr (290 g/hr on RV12) steam of similar products. The dual position gas damper is used in combination with return oil accessories and oil mist filters to sustainably extract without reducing lubrication. After installing the optional electromagnetic operated gas damper, the gas damper can work automatically.

electrical machinery
A single universal motor covers the widest range of voltage and frequency. Single phase motors have external switches that can be adjusted from high voltage range (220-240 V) to low voltage range (110-120 V). Universal three-phase motors can also be used for all models, and for special applications, we can provide pumps equipped with ATEX certified explosion-proof motors.

vacuumoil
The Edwards RV pump was initially equipped with Ultragrade 19 oil. This high-quality oil product is specially formulated with a series of unique additives to provide vacuum performance higher than any other mineral oil. Therefore, it can provide extremely strictly controlled steam pressure and has strong antioxidant capacity, which can achieve a longer service life. For oxygen rich applications, we also provide pumps equipped with PFPE. For pumps equipped with PFPE, it is necessary to purchase Fomblin separately ®。

Mode Switch
The unique mode selector switch patented technology makes a pump suitable for multiple purposes, so you only need one model to use for high pumping volume and high vacuum applications.
In high suction mode, the selector switch will increase the oil flow to the high vacuum stage, allowing the pump to operate continuously at high inlet pressure without any wear or reduced lubrication.
